The presentation on hot water supply temperature was to point out one of the services we offer, Commercial HVAC Control systems. Throughout the presentation, I review trends or historical, data to prove a point, what gets tracked gets managed. In some cases, months or even years of data are needed to find the best savings and performance. One of the examples is that premature boiler ignition failure is almost a certainty, and it’s no one’s fault, it was just unforeseen. When controls aren’t checked, they can destroy equipment, overrun costs, and become a losing investment. When checked and working proper Commercial HVAC Control systems pay themselves back more quickly than anything else we sell.
