Heating, Furnaces, Ductwork Design and Consulting

Our warm air heating systems are designed to deliver even temperature with quiet operation and superior efficiency. Installing ultra-efficient equipment is just the beginning. In order to make a system truly efficient the duct system must be the proper size and laid out to deliver the heat to the space evenly and quietly. Properly sized duct work also keeps the equipment from overheating and short cycling. This ensures that the equipment we design will perform well for years to come. Proper consulting on the design of your heating systems is essential to achieve a good design.

Variable speed blowers in today's modern furnaces are the latest advancement in the industry. The variable speed blower is electrically more efficient and adjusts to keep air flow constant through dirty filters or duct work. Variable speed blowers in multiple zone systems can also be used to deliver the right amount of air to each zone on the system. This technology was previously only available in larger, more expensive, commercial furnace system designs.

Indoor Air Quality

The quality of the air inside your home is a relatively new focus in the HVAC industry. Recent advances in technology have given us a quantifiable idea about what happens to the air when people live in an enclosed environment and in close proximity to one another. As found in EPA studies, indoor environments can be from 2 through 5 times all the way up to 100 times more polluted than the outdoor environment

Climate Control Company is on the cutting edge of technology when it comes to consulting on how to keep indoor environments fresh and clean. We have instruments that can accurately read air quality levels and products to supplement the indoor environment. These products include humidification, filtration, and particle neutralization.

Humidification

In the cold of winter indoor humidity levels can drop as low as the Sahara desert. This can dry out sinuses and furniture and cause static electric shocks. Dry air also causes homes to feel cooler because of the higher rate of evaporation of perspiration from the skin.

In humidified homes, sinuses stay moist, furniture doesn't crack as easily, and static electric shocks are greatly reduced. Another benefit of a humidified home is that they feel warmer, because of slower evaporation of perspiration, allowing the thermostat to be set lower therefore lowering heating costs.
